Auto-Payment Terms and Conditions
Auto-Renewal
- We will automatically charge your credit card on file for the full amount of your membership type (see member options chart) in January of each year.
- We will send you a reminder via email in December. If you want to go ahead with your auto payment, you don't need to do a thing.
- If you would like to change your credit card on file, please contact us by phone or fax with your new payment details. (DO NOT email your credit card information.)
- In the event your payment does not go through, OVMA will contact you for updated payment details. If you opt not to provide this information, your membership will expire at the end of the grace period (March 1).
- Auto-renewal option does not apply to Student Membership.
Auto-Monthly Payments
- We will automatically charge your credit card on file for the monthly amount of your membership type (see member options chart) the first week of each month.
- If you change your mind, contact us in December to discontinue your monthly subscription. At that time, you can opt in to annual auto-renewal or request to receive a dues invoice.
- If you would like to change your credit card on file, please contact us by phone or fax with your new payment details. (DO NOT email your credit card information.)
- In the event your payment does not go through, OVMA will contact you for updated payment information. After two months of non-payment, your membership will expire.
- If your eligibility for a particular membership type changes at the end of the year (e.g., New Graduate in third year after graduation), your monthly amount will be adjusted accordingly.
- Monthly payment option not available for Student Membership.
