Searching for ways to develop your leadership skills and increase your involvement with the OVMA? Look no further! The Ohio Veterinary Medical Association's Leadership Development Program will take you through a series of seminars to develop and enhance the leader that lives inside you. You'll also learn more about how your Association works for you and how you can become actively engaged in the organization—benefiting not only you, but your colleagues and the profession as a whole.
The program consists of five one-day seminars over an eight-month period (November 2017 to June 2018). Each session, led by an industry expert, is designed to build upon leadership skills you already possess and to increase your confidence in leadership situations.

Eligibility. The only requirement is that participants be licensed veterinarians who are OVMA members in good standing — and have a desire to become a leader in the veterinary community!
Not an OVMA Member? If you have not yet joined OVMA but are interested in participating, we invite you to join now.
Cost. This program is being provided as a member benefit to OVMA members, so there is no cost to enroll. OVMA will also cover lodging and meals where appropriate.
Benefits. In addition to developing their leadership skills, all participants will receive a free full registration to the Midwest Veterinary Conference. Practice owners whose associates participate will also receive a free MVC Hospital Pass.*
